Yes. We offer customized group rates and room blocks for weddings, corporate groups, and special events. Pricing and availability vary based on dates and occupancy, and our team will be happy to build a tailored proposal.
Guests may:
- Book through a custom online booking link
- Call the hotel and reference the group name
- All reservations will be charged for the full amount of the stay 48 hours prior to arrival.
- A valid government-issued photo ID and credit card are required at check-in.
- An authorization for incidentals of $100 per night will be placed on the credit card presented at check-in. This authorization is separate from room and tax charges and will be released by the issuing bank after departure, subject to the bank's processing times.

- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to guest rooms, furnishings, fixtures, equipment, or other hotel property during their stay.
- Repair, replacement, excessive cleaning, or loss-of-revenue costs resulting from damage may be charged to the registered guest's credit card. Damage fees are assessed based on the extent of the damage and are subject to additional charges.
- A $750 smoking remediation fee will be charged for any violation. Additional costs for damages, loss of room revenue, or other remediation may also apply if necessary.
- Tampering with, disabling, covering, removing, or otherwise interfering with smoke detectors, sprinkler systems, fire alarms, emergency exit doors, fire extinguishers, or any other life-safety equipment is strictly prohibited.
- Unauthorized use of emergency exits or activation of fire alarm systems, or any actions that result in unnecessary emergency response, evacuation, or damage to hotel operations, may result in immediate removal from the property without refund and assessment of all associated damages, fines, emergency response costs, cleaning fees, and other liability charges.
- Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner that does not disturb other guests or hotel operations.
- Excessive noise, parties, disruptive behavior, unlawful activity, or occupancy exceeding the maximum permitted number of guests for the room type are prohibited.
- Violations may result in additional fees, immediate removal from the property without refund, and liability for any resulting damages or costs incurred by the hotel.
- Dogs are permitted only in designated pet-friendly guest rooms.
- A non-refundable pet fee of $100 per dog, per stay applies.
- Dogs must weigh 50 pounds or less.
- Dogs must be leashed or in a carrier while in public areas and may not be left unattended in guest rooms.
- Guests must notify the Front Desk upon arrival with a dog and display the provided "Dog in Room" door hanger. Housekeeping service will not be provided while a dog is present in the room.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dog and ensuring it does not disturb other guests. The Hotel reserves the right to require the immediate removal of any disruptive or aggressive dog.
- Guests certify that their dog is current on all required vaccinations and free of communicable diseases.
- Guests are responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, repairs, or loss of revenue caused by their dog and authorize the Hotel to charge the payment method on file for all applicable costs, including cleaning or damage fees of up to $750, or the actual cost of repair or replacement if greater.
- By bringing a dog onto Hotel property, the guest assumes full responsibility for any injury or damage caused by their dog and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless 570 Springfield Ave Operations LLC d/b/a The Grand Summit Hotel, Landmark Hospitality, The Albion Summit, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the dog's stay.
